You make a good point. However, I heard his actually one of her older works just now being translated. Drawings could also get lazier due to hand and/or wrist problems after using it's muscles for too long or too much.
Actually I personally think the mangaka character style is becoming pretty redundant. While it is amazing she has so many ongoing works, however I do think it will effect the way the characters are being drawn. The drawing might become 'lazier' because of so many deadlines and the easiest way to fulfill this deadlines are by reducing variations and style that may need more attentions.
