Ok when he first appeared he said somewhere along "she's my sister, there must be a misunderstanding", so my clichéd ass thought "ahh maybe he's a kuudere, I'm sure he's gonna find out that her sister was falsely accused" few pages later he's seen being the cruelest ruler ever. So yeah my expectations were OBVIOUSLY wrong
