In the begining the old women said he has the same face that his cheating father and he lives with his grandparents from his mother side!!!
Most probably his mother suffered a lot because the cheating father or something horrible happen to her and her family bevause the husband... and now the grandparents are taking care of a boy with the same face of the man that hurt their family...
Most probably the grandparents don't care a love him, but everyone else talk about it, so he ended having problems with his face!!!
