ok i cant remember the artist but it was about a very short uke who was a school doctor and he was always trying not to be cute (even though he was) he attracts the attention of a student who is super rich and good looking and the student pursues him. the seme is a model with 2 or 3 older brothers who all dote on him also included in the manga is the story of the manager/brother's love with another model.
