So Queen Roza has the same future seeing powers as Pryde (and that is why she is now queen and Pryde is next). The power comes at random and Roza saw that Pryde would become the evil person as depicted in the Otome Game their world is based on. Roza, thinking that the reason why it is like this is because she spoils Pryde, distances herself from Pryde when Tiara was born. When that didn’t change her daughters fate, she does nothing else and leave her husband to Pryde while she’s with Tiara. The Queen then sees Tiara as another chance to make up for her mistake, and tries to raise her as the next queen because of her future visions.
But it gets funny when she says that after Pryde has gotten her powers that Roze can no longer see pryde’s future.
