The thing is, google translate is extremely unreliable. They should at least use papago if they don’t have an actual translator on their team.
I totally get it! Google translate isn't the best, but I would give a whole ass scanlation team the benefit of the doubt!
Like, I heard they actually have both a translator and a proofreader too and I guess I just got a bit upset since the other translator threw shade out of nowhere without confirmations and was like "hey don't be a dick!" while also being an ass.
It would have been a totally valid critic if said a bit nicely!
It's very sweet of anyone to pick up dropped comics and I don't want to be an ungrateful ass... and maybe it's my fault cause i'm slow and stuff?
But!!! The way this one chapter was translated is a bit confusing... and there was no need to shade the scanlation team for using google translate... like, maybe they have a good proofreader and can manage better than you and at that point you also risk to be an ass... like me!
