Ok...

I know we all don't like angst, BUT I would feel extremely unsatisfied if this misunderstanding/issue were to be solved in just a single chapter (the next one). Like, I do not want this problem to drag on but this chapter was the visual representation of all the stress of BOTH their lives (their work responsibilities, their romantic partnership responsibilities, etc) crashing down at them. They both need to not only talk about this problem but SOLVE IT! I do not want this issue to be resolved with a kiss and apology. It needs to prolong so that BOTH OF THEM can voice their worries!

Also, I want to point out that I am frustrated at the seme, although I understand his work responsibilities. Yes, the uke was being a bit needy, but he has the right to be! They are not perfect but I really think the seme messed up and needs to own up to his mistake. The uke is understanding, that's why he let the seme get obsessed over work for several weeks; however, the uke has a limit too! My poor babies, please talk this out and fix this problem!

you forgetting that is also the uke fault too for the seme obsession for over work himself.

he is pressure him into over work and killing himself and it does not good! he should not have talk a thing about his mother too what also add up to the Seme with no real need for it!

the uke need to change first and stop with all the pressure, yeas the Seme did bad but honsatly I don't blame him after seen him trying to follow so hard after the uke unrealistic expectations.

Wait what...? Lol, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was simply the uke's mother who wanted the same to prove his capabilities...? Like, I understood the situation as the uke's mother trying to make a point in saying that the seme was unstable (as a working adult), NOT the uke pressuring the seme to prove his worth. From what I understood, the uke didn't want the seme to push himself but rather let him do as he (the seme) wanted because he understood that the seme wanted to prove himself. In order to preserve his pride, the uke wanted to support the seme in his work, thus he hadn't complained about the overworking nor did he try to stop the seme. I don't know, maybe I missed something in the last few chapters?

Additionally, I do believe the meeting with their parents was important, despite it being a disaster. Family means a lot to both of them, especially as they had both just recently come out. I don't blame them for meeting up with their parents. Even if it isn't about getting support, it's simply nice to tell your family about the amazing person you are seeing.

As for the "unrealistic expectations"... I don't really think these expectations the uke has on the seme (to be a stable working adult) is unrealistic; rather, that is quite realistic, I think. Especially as an owner of a small independent company, there has to be some stress as to stability of income and livelihood. I don't think there were any unrealistic or malicious expectations; however, I think (as for the seme's overworking) the seme is falling for not only the expectations of the uke's mother but also his own personal expectations. He's pushing himself because he wants to be the best partner for his boyfriend.

I don't know... You have valid points and I think we both agree that it's best for these two to talk out their problems and mistakes to further their relationship to a better place!

I talk about the part where the Seme ask him "so what did your mother said about me?" and the uke said "she think I need a better man then you" I know it for comedy sake but the fact the Seme dream the uke telling him "You not good enough for my mother!" is not a good sign.

by the way, the uke himself was aware he did pressure him from what he was thinking back when the whole Seme "workaholic" arc started but then the uke was like "Naa it's fine, a little pressure is totally fine" so yeas it's both of them fault, but the biggest is the uke.

and the fact he agrees with his mother also does not sit well with me at all, the Seme is totally fine even without him working his ass off to make his uke bitch for a mother happy, which she will never be anyway.

Oooh~ Okay, I understand now! No, it totally makes sense why you'd feel that way. I think I took that conversation in a different tone but your interpretation about the situation and their internal turmoil is great! I agree that if I were in that situation, I would also feel pretty insecure.

thanks, that's how I felt for a long time #-.-)
I do agree the Seme should not break his promise about the date but I think both of them need to work on this relationship more with no pressure. and yeas the Seme should take a break from work to work on his feelings and him been insecure need to be discussed deeply with the uke, a long talk.
that what I wanted from them for a long time
