The masturbation scene isn't about how he is accostumed to like sex. SH being the first man to touch him, it's easy for NK think that the prospect of being with SH is good. He gives him food, takes care of his well being and so on. It's a mecanisn happening to some people in their first sex experience. And the author depicts it very well.
I hope that SH doesn't do anything bad to him.
