i definitely think there's going to be some info revealed that will change everything. Kazuomi clearly loves shuu and plans on using revenge as an excuse to have sex with him and he got so much info on shuu from somewhere so something happened to cause kazuomi to have feelings for shuu. it's gonna be epic
