not only is hyesung’s mental health and past trauma something to consider, but he has no experience in relationships either. this is his first relationship and now he’s married and has a son. that doesn’t mean he suddenly knows how to be the perfect partner or how a “perfect” relationship is meant to work. not to mention there were quite a few nonconsensual vibes in the first stages of this relationship but people still didn’t care for hyesung’s feelings then. y’all wanted him to be ecstatic and super involved in a relationship he didn’t even want at first and now he’s trying his best to work through things (even if he doesn’t always get it right) and y’all still can’t let him breathe. at least now he’s trying. he loves his family, but he still has issues wanting to be accepted by others too, and an inferiority complex stemming from his lack of education. he’s trying. please.
