Its perfectly fine for a sibling, especially one trapped in bed, to be jealous of their sibling interacting with other people, especially if they are their main source of human contact and affection. I'm just scarred by Japanese incest stories so I'm real worried but I'm holding out hope that that's not what this is so I don't have to drop it.
