Apparently in some countries, there are specific laws about underage kids who commit murder or other crime. They aren't given the same sentence as the adults. Thus, they will only go through probation, but if it is a heavy committed crime, they would go to juvenile prison only for a couple of years. Plus, if you are in a country with high corruptions, you can pay a huge amount to the government officials, police, etc to be free of those sentences lol :") So yea it is possible ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I just wanted to say isn't this like really unrealistic. Like im pretty sure those little shits would have either gotten death penalty or prison for life even though they're kids and their parents would be ruined. NO WAY IN HELL would he have been allowed to become the president.
