Oh yeah she could be considered his long sister. I got a feeling it would be a future plot point for Wangzi and Xiaofan story. She could be bitter/angry towards Xiaofan.. and when she found out that her bestfriend Wangzi is together with Xiaofan, she might think of it as a betrayal.
