He gave the answer away with the horse comment. "That horse never wins why do he still run?" ( he loves the race) Then he bets 100 thousand, pretty much all his money and wishes "if that horse wins I'll will never leave his side". Basically when the horse who never won, got first place during his wish, it was fate saying that he was destined to catch up to his childhood love. The theme was timing, endurance, passion, love for something unconditionally all themes that fit horse racing in a symbolic sense from a horses perspective and I guess you can say fate's perspective.(⌒▽⌒)
Can someone explain me the ending of "Just not like a Merry-Go-Round" ? i got so confused with the ending.
Also "En el parque" is so sad, like, my insensible heart cried with that one
