But as a black woman I’m well aware of how unfair the world can be, I do my bit now as a normal civilian, raise awareness when I need to, sign petitions when I need to, attend protests when I need to. Unlike our main character I do not have the privilege to ignore the injustices that happen to people like me. You can make any excuse in the book for him, his character sucks, no amount of googly eyes and “delicateness” will change that. I won’t respond after this because there’s nothing that anyone can say.
