The ML did start off as an instant horndog, but he had the saving grace of taking no for an answer, something that's rare in Harlequin males. As for the rest, Lyzzz28 has already said it (except that I didn't agree with the other doctor being genuine and nice).
All of the characters are so genuine and nice. And for once, NOTHING TOXIC. No misunderstandings, no accuses, no secret love child. Just two normal strangers.
