Yaoi manga title

Can someone help me please? I don't remember the title of the manga at all, just that the chapter 7 was in two parts a and b.
It's about a young man that saved a boy in a car accident and talk to each other in dreams. But because the boy won't wake up, the man has to make his last wish come true before giving his life for the boy and so he spends nights with a priest. The man is very tall and the boy's father is the brother of the man's lover.
