Mc and the king only have 4/5 years difference in age. She look young but it’s just the way the artist translated her cuteness, I ship them. Plus the saintess is suppose to fall for the hero who will free her from the king in the original story without mc... so she’s taken. Just later.

I think it may take some years for their relation to develop into something deeper. Much like in “Sincerely: i Became a Duke’s Maid” where the fm is a little older then the ml and take care of him. He look very young there too but mainly because he’s sickly. After a while he grow to be super hot and more manly. Only from then does their relationship develop into something romantic. Before that it’s more about connecting and trusting each other’s. I hope the author has the same idea with mc and the king here.

It’s just weird in my mind when your 15 or younger is all but like if she was 16/17 and he was like 25 I wouldn’t care but just something about being younger than 16 bothers me maybe because I am 17 and the idea of someone tryna get at me when I was 14/15 is super weird and unheard of in my mind, I picture someone that age still like a child

She’s not younger then 15 she is 15, and the king is 20. That their ages in the original novel so stop hating on my ship. They’re cute together.

I’m not hating I’ve accepted how things are gonna be cause it’s not like I can change anything I’m just saying how in my mind 15 or younger (I did include being 15) makes me think of a child and just her small stature throws me off cause compared to the saintess who’s been nourished and even if she was like 1 year older or maybe same age she looks mature so maybe it’s more of I want her to grow more now that I think about it, thinking more into it I might just be thrown off by her appearance more than her age and that’s why I perceive her as a kid and yes I know 4 years isn’t that big at all I’m just used to the age gap where the high schooler is getting close to graduating and will marry their 10+ year old teacher I guess. Being in high school, freshman are little babies and she’s basically a freshman who’s cute look at her
