I don't think that was ever her real personality tho..she was acting like that bcos she believed she was gonna die so might as well take the family down. This is her real personality and I think she'll start to show real boldness when she really begins to internalize that she's the freaking empress
Yeah I get that but it just takes a lot of courage to even think of angering an emperor who is known for being cruel. So I think there is a part of her that is very bold and I hope we get to see it again soon. I think she becomes bold when she really needs to. Like when she used her sex appeal to get the emperor to do what she wants lolol. I think her crying about the things he makes her do is funny and realistic but I would just like to see more badass doesn't give a fck her
The kind of boldness you want only make sense in the beginning, where she thought she was going to die no matter what. Now that she doesn’t have to die and wants to live, it would be impossible to act without a care in the world. She is already very bold considering that she is so unrestrained in front of someone, who has no regard for human life.
Dude wdym lol considering the fact that she passed her days alone and reading before she was sold off we can see that she prefers to live comfortably rather than being unnecessarily bold
Taking all the events in mind we can also see that she CAN be bold and risky but only when she wants to or is needed to. She was secure enough in her self too not be the type to yearn for family love or be sympathetic towards them as she was wishing them death. You can say she's pretty strong just by how assertive she is with the ml when everyone is scared of him and knowing ppl r trying to kill her. She also has the nerves to insult a bunch of nobles.
plus what you where recalling when she was soooo bold in the start of the novel is ATUALLY the exact same as now bc if you look back then you'll see her inside thoughts where she has tears pouring and she's internally freaking out
Plus she was that bold bc she ACTUALLY hated her family. She doesn't actually harbor all of those insults towards the nobles so its not so much that she doesn't want to be mean but just that she doesn't agree.
ps if you want a bold fl than I recommend "If the Villainess lives twice manga" she's bold but much more cold and serious though which Im fine with (there's more cruelty and implications of gore too, she doesn't play nice)
She was so angry and bold when she wanted to destroy her family and piss off the emperor but now she's like nooo I don't want to be mean. I mean I get it cause she has to act and do crazy stuff but it would be kind of fun if she would get that real boldness again.
