If it's because of the kimchi fried rice, it depends on the kimi you're using since different types will have varying levels of spice.
A lot of kimchi is actually quite sweet especially is you fry it in sesame oil because of caramelisation so feel free to try it!
You can also adjust spice levels by adding other things to the kimchi fried rice like eggs and cheese and meat to name a few.
Fried rice in general is versatile and great!

Yeah, a lot of kimchi is usually more lining to sour rather than spicy, the sour taste itself is actually quite addicting when blended with different seasoning so it become a rich flavor that you will regret missing it out.
The taste itself will change depending on how long it was fermented with freshness in the beginning and slowly maturing with rich sourness, I really recommend it as even I who can't handle lot of spicy food ends up in love with them ヾ(☆▽☆)

I was actually talking about spicy food in general, but I do agree Kimchi Fried Rice are a wonderful delicacy ヾ(☆▽☆) And my dad knows how to adjust it to fit my taste (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ It's weird that I dislike the Kimchi itself ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ But when turned into Fried Rice, I'm the first to get out of my room ( ̄∇ ̄")
I really love to eat, but I can't handle the tiniest bit of spicy┗( T﹏T )┛ And it sucks even more when you're from a country that mostly uses spices in every single damn meal (/TДT)/ Even plain soup tastes spicy to me ╥﹏╥
