Ok so I read this manga a LONG time ago, so excuse me if I've got something mixed up. Im looking for a short manga, maybe it was oneshot idk, but under 20 chaps and the plot was:
a boy and a girl were in a hospital. They both needed heart surgery im pretty sure. The girl was fake and said she would let the boy have her heart, but she only said that because she wanted him to say "no take mine instead" or something. Idrk if it was their hearts but she ended up getting his body part and he died, without knowing she never loved him. I really hope someone knows the name
