There is a kink called knife play, its one of the more dangerous kinks which dose include cutting. Also we still don't know alot of her current tbh.
actually there are various different types of plays where inflicting bodily harm is 100% ok there's knife play and fire plays aswell. I do get why you're worried though the play did come off kind of sporadic and unplanned.
I'm not educated in this topic like at all but I'm pretty sure that it is like a no-no to inflict bodily harm on your sub. Like idk this doesn't seem like a completely consensual and expected thing for the sub...
