Yeah, it's gotten a bit boring since nothing's happening, it feels kinda slow.
it isn't just abt the monologues, but that all 10 or so of her inner monologues are all the same, and each last an entire chapter. Its hard to read the same thing over and over again.. and just when I thought ita finally over, again more jeanette chapters...
Yeah I’m with you. Sometimes I read the previous chapter before after an update because I keep thinking I already read it but it turns out it’s just another Jeanette monologue. Look I don’t hate Jeanette. She is what she is lol but I don’t understand the major focus on her when we have soooo many unexplained developments with the Athy and her dad.
Lol ok I know artists usually take a break to prep for the next season or just because they need it but this was the weakest chapter for a season break. Like you ended it just like that with absolutely nothing happening and we have to wait 3 months? Also I’ve heard that the novel doesn’t focus so much on Jeannette and as much as I adore the webcomic version, I feel like the artist spends waaaaay too long on her inner monologue. Also the story has barely moved forward since Lucas came back. I’m hoping after the break we get some other character developments. I think they really need to explain what’s been going on with the Princess. I love the story, just the pacing and focus on side characters is taking away from the more interesting parts of it. (〜￣△￣)〜
