Why hasn't it updated I've been waiting FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!

the artist had a heart disease and was seeking treatment, soon after the earth quake happened and they decided releasing a manga about the end of the world wasn't a good idea, so they decided to finish up other projects first. At least that's what i heard.
