My theory: after suwon's dad knew that yona's mom is the survivor of the fire plus yona is the reicarnation of king hiryuu, he decided to kill them, thats why king il kill suwon's dad....
My wishes: I hope my theory is wrong, I dont want suwon's dad kill yona's mom and I also don't want king il kill suwon's dad....(╥﹏╥)
