Nah he hasn't. He was told not to get rings at the same time because it may stop at some point. So his 10th ring should be higher than his ninth but he will start it on the hammer.. just ,my idea of what his teacher is trying to do
I'm currently at chapter 115 and I would like to ask if his hammer soul will be ranked up? Because I remember them saying that he can acquire 18 soul halos so does that mean he hasn't ranked up his hammer soul??
