I was looking at those panels a lot, at SH's expressions and I'd say he might actually have a little realisation. I agree with you, he's very confused as to what he's feeling exactly, but I think it's starting to get to him, he's not stupid after all. He might realise the feelings, but try to suppress them.

I loved how he panicked for a moment when he though NK passed out again, and then paused just looking at him, holding his face and kissing him. Ahh, dude, you're doomed! You love that painter (=・ω・=)
We're not gonna talk about Seungho kissing Nakyum while he was sleeping. Seungho doesn't even know he's falling for Nakyum. He looked so confused.
