Yeah the past chapters have been confusing as hell tbh...
Its because (in my understanding) sid thinks he's too soft on his subject and his threats, like the scene, hang on lemme find it brb
It's really not if you actually pay attention to the story. It's not that confusing
End of chapter 25, sid says that "if he really was a threat then a strong king would have eliminated that threat, but your too soft" or something along those lines

I actually cannot understand well what exactly is going on, I just know that Sid betrayed Cain and now they are fighting so I just swam through the panels.
Ever since it was hinted that he's betraying Cain in earlier chapters and he deceived ML's friend I hated him already so what more can I expect from him.. thus Im not very surprised to this scenes, I cant wait till he dies, more like suffer first then die mwahahah
