Yeah like it’s so nice and refreshing when the made just takes the money and immediately let’s the young lady know the duchess’s plans. For once there’s no terrible communication for the sake of “ protecting” someone
right?? that could’ve be been such a big misunderstanding but it was avoided bc it’s not significant to the story and that’s refreshing

i know this isn’t a unique story by any means, but for some reason i like it much more than other webtoons i’ve read. the art is so pretty, the characters aren’t overly obnoxious and their suffering is realistic. plus, the gender twist is a nice touch to the story :) they’re both really strong, independent characters l.
