I mean I'd take that in a heart beat. Better that than prolonged manga with 90 chapters of no progress uke that is a tsundere and always screams "I don't love you" and that shit, only to end up together, with addition of a second lead sindrome (love traingle)

There is a tiny itty bitty difference..In BJ Alex,viewers got to see the p.o.v of Alex so we are aware of how exactly Alex thinks of DG as he makes it clear early in the chapters,he also is the who always brought things up first.But here,it's all about the uke's view and it also (kinda)

This is similar to BJ Alex. The uke is annoyingly clingy, over emotionally attached to the seme in the beginning and the seme acts cold, hateful towards to the uke for whatever reasons. The Cain dude is just stepping stone for the uke relationship, causes the seme to be jealous and after many unnecessary long chapters, he finally confessed his true feelings to the uke. As long as the seme showers the uke with some charity affections occasionally, the uke will always willing to be with him.
