I know some people ship them in the novel, but I'd consider it more of a found family type of situation.
I'm now in the 200s chapters. Honestly yes. It's like a big family. Everyone is so lovable.
The story is interesting. I would recommend the novel cause it not only gives more context but it's so entertaining. Unfortunately for the Manga it Wil probably take years till its completed.
As for the shipping. Again all are for me like family. I do have one ship, but I will let it show in future chapters lol. No spoilers for anyone unless asking
I'll probably read it after I finish Omniscient Reader so many of these novels have bazillion chapters and my time management is just uhhhh
