Nah i dont think so. The chapters when the little baby was born pp said that she looks like Hosik (she has some of Hosik's features) and the princess( Sungyeon's wife) clearly doesn't look like Hosik at all.
And really, no one would expect the person who was third wheeling their relationship in the past life turned out to be their kid.
WAIT!!! HOLD UP!! Did Sungyeon's wife in their past life got reborn as his and Hosik's daughter???? Woah!! They look strikingly similar except for the hair. The author is a genius if the daughter was really the wife.
