Uhh.. how do they think assholes work lol. Does the mangaka think that an asshole just stays loose for hours or days after sex? Given that you can take a shit the size of a dick that would mean just visiting the toilet could result in loose hole(tm) for days afterwards. That's pretty much the opposite of how assholes are designed to work lmao.
