Jaeyoung had it coming for not helping with the final project, but there was no need to snitch on him for not attending class ;-; bruh ouchie. Also I feel super bad for the guy who's relative died?? His name shouldn't have been taken off since his part wasn't something he could've submitted beforehand, it was presenting. Plus girlie must have contributed something during all those meetings she attended, something must've cropped up last minute. Either way I feel bad for those two side characters.

You will soon understand what a lie is when you start working on college projects...

already have my grandpa died in 2k18 and my whole family flew abroad for his funeral. wasn't a final project but teammates moved my name from presenting to research and called it a day. I can't imagine how much it would've sucked if they assumed I was lying.

My great-grandmother died last year right about my final period. I wasn’t inform of it, and even if I did I wouldn’t be able to fly back to attend her funeral. It felt terrible, she loved me.
I don’t know your exact situation, like have you inform your instructor and discussed of how you can make up for the missing credit for the project or not.
But I think its normal to brace yourself that what happen to you was normal, and does not relate to if your teammates think you are lying or not, even though they would be pretty horrible person if they assumed that, esp if you have inform your instructor and take responsibility of the events that came up suddenly in your life.
