I don't think that's right. They worked hard for it, we should be able to enjoy their works as well. No uploaders are the rightful owners, you can't tell anyone off.The uploader who picked up previously can replace when they come back
The other uploader had way better translation and at least understood that it’s best to wait till the Lezhin one catches up so mangago won’t be at risk :/
I understand that but the fact is that the uploader left a note saying the reason for not uploading. It wasn’t like some of these uploaders who just disappeared and never said anything. Also, that wouldn’t be fair and I see it as kind of disrespectful when it’s clear the person was still working on it. I understand no one owns or had the right to just be able to upload a certain one but it would be different if the uploader just disappeared. I’m not rejecting their work, I just think that to stay away from endless controversy as we see in the comments, it would be best but I’m not saying they didn’t do a good job! They did really good and think that they would be amazing on another work for sure!
Also it wouldn’t make any sense to have them replace. We’ve seen uploaded a come back and leave a message saying they are done and won’t do it anymore due to another uploaded and the new one does a few chapters before dropping it leaving no one to update. Like I said, I’m not disregarding their work, just think it would be great for another work that is clearly not being updated.
The previous uploader will not be working on it but they'll buy the official translation and post it. So, they can replace it when they update. I don't see any point in before-after if it's going to be in a pirated site anyway. If someone's displeased, they can wait for the next update but don't DISRESPECT the uploader.
I didn’t disrespect the uploader. I didn’t cuss them out like some comments I’ve seen. I shared my opinion and ideas; exactly what this discussion board is for. I understand what this website is and I’m not saying I’m a better person or don’t care. If I had the money to do so I would support the authors as much as I could. Unfortunately, I don’t and I try to stick behind uploaders who give the authors a chance to make money.
If what I said was disrespectful then you are showing the same disrespect towards my opinion.
Thank you for taking the time to upload but unfortunately there’s another uploaded who has been working on this. They have always taken in consideration of the author and also telling us to wait for the release of chapters. I understand you might of wanted to post but it’s not fair to the other uploader and their time. I suggest maybe choosing another project that hasn’t been taken while also apologizing to the uploader.
I hope this isn’t too harsh or anything. I just believe it’s the right thing to do.
