That’s EXACTLY my relationship with my mother! We haven’t spoken to each other in 6 months and before that for 5 months and before for 7 months and before for 2 months and for 6 months and we live under the same roof and now I’m gonna move out in a couple of months so I doubt we’ll ever see each other again. Sorry had to share this for anyone who thinks they’re the only one with a toxic parent. You’re not alone. And trust me toxic parent-child relationship is real, and parents love can be pretty conditional too.
