
I'd associate it with Turkey. Since our people drink the most tea. Tea is always brewed on stove, or some thermos is always full, whether it is home, dorm, school, office. Also blacksea region grows a lot of tea.

Oh we also call it çay (sounds like chai). So Starbucks chai tea latte must be the most ridiculous word combination for you XD here it is. It's like calling it "tea tea but as in coffee with milk form"

They don't even grow tea there...if not China the first the second country tea should be associated with is India because one of the most hight quality and expensive tea grows here even queen of England drinks darjeeling tea.
