lol. im so sure this is a flashback now. after reading it again. caught me off guard the first few times but naruse did say something about hospital. so it's probably the time when naruse was still with his wife and no ichika yet. so it's def that yui had 3some with wife and another woman. well before he decided to be faithful to his to-be-wife.

Soooo, I tried looking back at the previous chapters to remember who Yui is. And yeah, it's the same Yui who has a wife and child. But then again, maybe this is a possible flashback or something? Like before he got married? Maybe it's just me cuz he looks younger now comparing it from the past chapters I last saw him.
But then again, if he did have a threesome... is he cheating? Was it with his wife and other person? Like wtf, you can't just leave me hanging here with a cliff hanger?! xD
