Maybe that servant made a mess of Nakyum's stuff on purpose to make it seem like he ran? And maybe not, just him angry not finding Nakyum in his room to kidnap him. But either way it's most likely the next chapter will see Nakyum disappear, it will also be refreshing to see other environment than Seungho residence

But imagine if Seungho goes to find Nakyum but only sees his trashed place and Nakyum nowhere to be seen, and thinks he ran away exactly like last time (NK broke the mirror and left that one time, Seungho might think he did the same).
But actually NK was just lead outside by the servant and kidnapped by Nameless.
