I think when Chloe introduced the earl grey tea she kept the name she knew since I don't think there was an equivalent name for it. Also while it may seem forced, I think it's just so we can identify what she's talking about. It'd be a pain to rename all the teas and then expect us to remember the translations.

So she's getting teas from these kingdoms in the east that share the same culture as countries in our world. Like okay, sure no problem. My issue is, why are the teas all named the same? Like Earl Grey was legit a blend named after a British dude. So what's the deal in their world? Does he exist there? If so, then he's technically a westerner and introduced tea way before Chloe should have. Assam and Darjeeling tea is named after locations in India where the tea is grown. Like sure their world has an alternate kingdom that mirrors India but isn't actually India, this is a geography thing not a culture thing.
