I think they can but the chances to get pregnant will be thinner than when alpha did with an omega. Bcs beta didnt last longer compared to alpha. I think i have read it somewhere that explain these omegaverse thingy about their sexual ability or something
Think of it this way, anyone can make an Omega pregnant, including another male Omega. So yes. Male Betas, Alphas, and Male Omegas can make Omegas pregnant.
