Nah, the MC said she had always been a girl since the first chapter. She’s like a tomboy I guess? She acts like a guy mostly cuz she was handsome in her original body and the other holy knights were mens so she got use to acting like a man. It got to the point where they got use to her acting that way and forgetting that she was a woman in the first place.
