ya i guess in those situations it’s less clear what the right thing for the seme to do would be, if the uke gets drunk and throws himself on him then he’s obviously partially at fault and should take responsibility for getting that drunk but the seme should also probably stop things if he knows that the uke will regret it later on although i don’t think it’s still rape(?)
