I am neutral to this manga. However I don't think that you can compare twilight to this. In twilight they used the "adopted children/siblings" reason to play pretend as a normal family to other people. And the "children" were already grown up when taken in. Also they didn't raise them as siblings, tho they still think of each other as a family. Some of them were originally taken in as a partner for the other ones, in the first place.
And here tho they are not related by blood, they were raised as siblings from the very childhood, so it might seem off for some people.
Again I don't have anything against if they will or will not be romantically involved.
