Khika gave Hwagok those pills so that he can born a vampire child but he gave birth to Hwa- a lycan instead. So it means that the test was useless for saving vampires form getting extinct

But im afraid that Hwa will grow old because he's not 100% vampire .I know that Hwa is a hybrid but in the story they already claimed him as a lycan more than a vampire.

yeah , hwa has said that he’s running out of time , as in growing old, and both leebin or hwagok didn’t deny him ,
