He did not touch him not because he doesn't want to hurt him in that sense. It's probably because he doesn't want to amplify Jung In Hun's words towards Nakyum. He dislike the fact that Nakyum always take what his teacher said to his heart.
Wait why are you guys freaking out? Seungho thinks he nearly fucked Na-kyum to death last time, so he's not touching him again because he doesn't want to hurt him. The guy egging him on is right: he's hiding him away NOT ignoring him as Nakyum assumed.
