We all have the same expression rights granted in here, even people complaining at people who take everything to heart, who might have good intentions but achieve exactly the opposite, disregarding not only that this is fiction, also that comments like "they can only be asexual" could harm the views of potential real victims of rape as well.
agreed! that's why i think it sucks that some people are saying "oh this is gross bc ash can't ever have sex" or something along those lines. it just sucks that some people are completely disregarding ash's trauma bc this dj is "hawt" or smthn (not you)
That's another issue... I mean, I've read tons of fanfictions, for example of inuyasha's universe. In some the universe changes, in others, the characters, or the facts. I don't think a fanart creator needs to respect the 100% of the original universe every time... It's exactly what makes people want to create fanfiction. In this one, the fanartist chose not to address Ashe's trauma, and that's what his/her fiction is about.
