Realistically speaking both of the two Seme actually sexually violated the Uke.
But we saw much more growth of emotions in Hwi's part. So honestly, I kinda leans towards him more since he seems more sincere.
While on Mr Han's part he kinda have this sneaky, sweet talker, heartbreaker aura in him. Like he looks like a Gentleman but he is the total opposite.
And I wouldn't blame Param if let's Mr. Han do that. Imagine your long time crush telling you that he is interested in you. You'll be confused too. And we all know Param has this kind of situation where he gets hard so easily
