The argument started because he said she didn't need to participate in the meeting, i know. But the main issue here is communication, and besides, that assistant guy already explained her why ginger took that decision.
Anyways the main issue is communication, neither of them talk, ginger never thinks twice about keeping to himself because he always think he's doing the right thing and she is always too afraid to asked and too afraid to listen. They're both kinda self-centered.
That's how I see, at least.
(i know this is all related to trauma, but it doesn't change the fact that i found it annoyed reading it)
She's kinda annoying... She's sad because he doesn't talk with her, but when he's trying she cuts him off and she also doesn't iniciate the conversation...
