He gave up a battle, betrayed his teachers, friends, and seniors who had trusted him the worse one is he betrayed in his own way of life to not cower when someone is out to bully or suppress him.. all of that because of a crying girl. He would have been able to beat the guy but she didn’t believe him and showed up crying and begging.... this on.y happened because of her anyway
